Santa Cruz Balsamics is a small, women-owned local business specializing in handcrafted, flavor-infused balsamics created to surprise and delight the palate. Known as the “Balsamic Alchemist”, I enjoy creating unexpected flavor combinations that turn everyday foods into memorable experiences, from fresh fruit and salads to cheeses, grilled vegetables, and desserts.
